The apartment offers a central location, spectacular mountain views and cozy accommodation. The presence of shops, restaurants and basic services a few meters from the house makes the apartment the ideal place to spend your holidays in the mountains. In fact, the accommodation is located 100 meters from the central square of the abetone, so that you can park the car once you arrive and not use it until the end of your holidays. The space The apartment is a 50-square-meter two-room apartment consisting of: - bedroom with double bed - living room with double sofa bed - kitchenette with induction stove - dining table with 6 seats - small bathroom consisting of toilet, bidet, shower, sink -On the ground floor you have a private storage room number 7 where you can comfortably leave your boots Other things to note Smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment. Since the consumption costs are at my expense, the customer is kindly requested to avoid wasting water, turn off the light when leaving and make sure that the door is always closed. The induction stove cannot be switched on beyond power 7 for both burners. NB: The price of 55 euros refers only to the initial and final cleaning, if you want sheets and towels washed and ironed by the laundry (TO BE COMMUNICATED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING), there is an additional cost of 5 euros per person.
