Tünde NENE's apartment evokes the ever-changing colors and atmosphere of the Hungarian sea in many shades of blue, turquoise, green and gray with a hint of pink romance. The family house on the panoramic plot welcomes its guests all year round with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living room-dining room, 8+3 beds, outdoor seasonal pool, garden grill on the upper floor. Recommended for multi-generational families, groups of friends, acquaintances. IFA: 450 HUF/night/adult. The space American kitchen living-dining room (34 m2): In the central part of the apartment, in a spacious space, there is the possibility of real community life: cooking, baking, meals, watching TV, conversations, card parties, wine tasting. Gas stove, microwave, toaster, hot sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment can be found to make the guest feel at home, to even prepare the family's favorite here. Room 1 (20 m2): The room has a double French bed and a single bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a small terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Balaton. In addition, a wardrobe, bedside cabinets and lamps, a chest of drawers, a desk, a coffee table, and chairs are included in the room. Room 4 (12 m2): The smallest, but perhaps the most beloved, intimate room with a double French bed evokes the colors of Lake Balaton. It is not extra bedded and does not have a terrace. Other things to note Our house rules: It applies to all guests, employees and third parties (e.g. contractors) staying in the Tünde NENE Apartment (hereinafter: apartment). The house rules are continuously posted in all rooms of the apartment and in the common areas, so that all residents can get to know them in full. A person who violates the provisions of these house rules cannot claim that he or she was not aware of them. Guests are at their own risk when staying in the apartment. The parent or guardian traveling with the minor guest is responsible for the minor guest. At the time of check-in, the guest declares that he/she has read and understood the contents of these house rules, accepts them as binding, does not dispute their content and undertakes to comply with and comply with them. We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests who are drunk or aggressive, and the service provider has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not comply with the house rules. In case of violation of the house rules, the accommodation may be canceled. In this case, we will not be able to refund the guest for any remaining days. Our rules: 1. Check-in - Check-out information 1.1. The apartment can be occupied from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The possibility of earlier check-in and later check-out is possible if we confirm it in writing, please indicate this in advance by e-mail. It is only possible to extend your stay on the day of departure if no guest arrives at the apartment on that day. 1.2. The service provider or its representative will be present at the time of arrival and departure. 1.3. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over to the accommodation provider his personal documents (passport or identity card, address card) and the amount to be paid on site. Our guests can only occupy the rooms after paying the full participation fee! The full participation fee refers to the pre-booked days, in case they decide to interrupt their stay here earlier, we are not able to refund the money. 2. Accommodation fee, payment terms 3. The apartment, the key to the rooms 4. Our basic services 4.1. For our guests, the price of the apartment includes the following in addition to the accommodation: parking in the parking lot in front of the building, bath sheet and small towel, air conditioning, free use of the entire area of the apartment and the common areas (yard, gazebo, outdoor pool). 4.2. The accommodation is NOT pet-friendly, we cannot accept dogs or other live animals, we ask for your understanding! 4.3. Umbrella, sewing kit, shoe care kit in the common room continuously, crib, high chair, changing rubber mat, children's toys are provided on demand. 4.4. If you leave the building, please close the windows, lock the doors, turn off the lights and close the water taps. Thank you! 4.5. The necessary daily maintenance work is carried out discreetly by the service provider or his representative without unnecessarily disturbing the peace of the guests. (Pool cleaning, lawn mowing on Thursday afternoon, takes a maximum of 2 hours.) We ask for your patience and understanding for the duration of the work. 5. Safety – health 5.1. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment! 5.2. The operator is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings brought into and left in the apartment. There is no possibility of value preservation! 5.3. Free parking (1 per room) is provided for our guests in front of the apartment, but we are not responsible for any damage caused to the parked cars (falling branches, scratches, etc.). 5.4. There is no health room in the apartment, but a first aid kit is provided for our guests in the living room. 5.5. The garden toilet and pool available to guests are used by everyone at their own risk! It is strictly forbidden to touch the pool machinery! 6. Fire protection 6.1. It is strictly forbidden to store flammable, explosive materials in the apartment! 6.2. All guests are required to comply with fire and accident prevention rules in rooms and other premises. 6.3. Open flames may only be used when using kitchen and outdoor cooking equipment. 6.4. Fire extinguisher is provided in the kitchen of the apartment and in the sallet! 7. Smoking 7.1. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the premises of the apartment, all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. 7.2. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard of the building, in the designated area. 8. Peace of mind for guests 8.1. For the rest of the guests, it is FORBIDDEN to play music or TV at high volume in the apartment and in the courtyard, and we ask you to be considerate of the other guests during all other activities. 8.2. Please respect the right of others to rest, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 8.3. The outdoor, seasonal pool can be used by guests daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 8.4. The outdoor grill can be used by guests daily from 9.00 to 22.00. 9. The values, utensils and furnishings of the apartment 9.1. It is strictly forbidden to take the furnishings and textiles (e.g. blankets, towels, etc.) out of the apartment, please leave them in the room and return them to their intended place. 9.2. Please do not rearrange the room and thank you for taking care of the furnishings and equipment! 10. Departure from the room 10.1. Please close the taps properly, turn off the kitchen electrical appliances and the iron, turn off the lights and the air conditioners. 10.2. If the guest does not leave the room by the time indicated in point 1.1, he/she is obliged to pay the amount of the room price calculated after the maximum capacity of the given room as a penalty for each day beyond the pre-booking. 10.3. If the guest does not leave the room and the operator has to make the room available to a third party due to reservations, the operator is entitled to take all measures to ensure the evacuation of the room. In doing so, he is entitled to open the room by himself and to remove the belongings of the guest staying there in a manner contrary to the contract – at his expense and risk. The return of the movables is only possible after the fulfillment of all payment obligations of the guest. 10.4. At the time of check-out, the operator's agent shall check the room inventory item by item, and in the event of a shortage, the guest shall pay the value of the missing items or make a declaration of indebtedness to pay them before departure. 11. Cleanliness, cleaning 11.1. Upon arrival, the apartment welcomes the Guests in a clean, tidy condition. Guests take care of cleanliness themselves during their stay. 11.2. When leaving, please do not leave unwashed dishes and garbage in the apartment, garden and sallet, and perishable food in the refrigerators. 11.3. Bed linen and towels will be changed on the 7th day for stays longer than one week. Cleaning in the rooms at check-out, or in case of a longer stay, is also done on the 7th day by the service provider. 11.4. Please use the living room-dining room for meals. 12. Disposal of waste 12.1. We are demanding of cleanliness, so please keep this in mind during your stay: place the garbage in the designated collection containers. 12.2. During the collection of waste, use a storage and collection container according to the type of waste, in accordance with the rules of selective collection. 12.3. Waste is removed on a weekly basis, on Fridays in the morning. The operator or his agent will place it, this is not the responsibility of the guest. 13. Error reporting 13.1. As in any household, it may happen in the apartment that something is destroyed or fails due to reasons beyond the guests' control. If any equipment breaks or malfunctions during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can replace it or arrange for repair as soon as possible. 13.2. If you notice any abnormality, please contact the service provider at the posted phone number to prevent any serious damage. 14. Damage The owner will have the causer reimburse the damage caused by negligence or intentionally. Any damage to the equipment must be reimbursed by the guest. 15. Heating 15.1. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and the rooms are equipped with cooling and heating. There is an electric towel dryer in the bathrooms! 15.2. If necessary, ask the operator for help in setting the temperature of the rooms. 15.3. Please use the air conditioning and heating in accordance with the principles of reasonableness and economy. Ventilate briefly during the heating period. 16. Reviews 16.1.
