It has it own private entrance and fencing. It is a large wooded parcel so you may see wildlife from time to time, deer mostly but we have seen a bear before. The home is under a flight path and has about 5 or so flights coming in throughout the day. Refunds will not be given for weather related issues if outside our refundable time frame.
