Curiñanco Shelter and Tinaja

This refuge was created to provide you with a unique and comfortable experience in a magical space. The environment is quiet and harmonious, ideal for those seeking peace and disconnection... upon arrival you will appreciate the forest of cinnamon, myrtle and lumas. Enjoying the only noise of this space: the song of birds and the sound of the Cuchimalal estuary. The space You will stay in a palafito on the shores of the Cuchimalal estuary!!!! The shelter was created to provide you with a unique and comfortable experience in a magical setting. The space is equipped with heating: slow combustion and firewood is provided. The kitchen has a minibar, countertop and utensils, and a dishwasher. It has a double bed and a single bed is available in the loft. WE HAVE RECENTLY REFURBISHED THE SPACE: We have installed a full bathroom with hot water using a water heater in the shelter itself. A terrace is also available to watch the sunset, sunrise and valley. Guest access Located in the middle of a beautiful native forest, our mountain shelters offer a unique experience of disconnection and contact with 10,000mts2 of Valdivian forest, in the picnic area you can have a grill next to the river and if you want to schedule a relaxing bath in a tinaja you can check availability and additional value. Our shelters are the perfect starting point to explore the incredible tourist attractions in the area: - 18 km from Valdivia - 26 km from Corral and Chaihuin - 1 km from Curiñanco beach -15km from Playa Pilolcura -9 km from Playa Calfuco. In the area you will find hiking options: Oncol, Punta Condor and Coastal Reserve. The town has grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Other things to note The tinaja is optional and has an additional cost, check availability before booking
