You can also book the entire house (see host's other listings). * Ocean/nature views from most windows, with a private, protected ocean beachfront (Merigomish Harbour) with warmest waters in all of Atlantic Canada. * AC * WIFI, netflix The space The house has large windows offering beautiful nature views of Merigomish Harbour and surrounding area. Rocky Beach on property, 15 minutes nature walk from the house. Swimming shoes are recommended. Five minutes drive from Melmerby beach, rated one of the best in Nova Scotia. 15 min from New Glasgow. When in season, the property is bursting with blackberries, apples and pears; help yourself to any fruit you pick. Multiple paths to explore on the property, including a pond. There are three bedrooms upstairs. two of them have ocean views. Downstairs is a kitchen and living room/dining area with a gorgeous view out on the ocean. Pets are allowed, but please contact us before booking. Guest access Ample parking space. Self check-in with a door code. Other things to note There is an apartment building on the same lot. The apartment building is about 150 feet away from the house, on the opposite side from the ocean. See plan in the photos. Note that the bbq and firepit is private to the unit. However the outdoor space is shared between the two units. Thermostat is not accessible by guests. It controls both units (ducted air with a heat pump) and is set at a comfortable temperature year round (AC in the summer and heat in the winter). The harbour is relatively shallow. However the beach is rocky; swimming shoes are recommended. Please note that this property is in a rural area and insects are unavoidable. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds due to insects.
