This is a VAPE FREE/SMOKE FREE ZONE/DRUG FREE ZONE and there is zero tolerance for smoking and drugs. We host children and families who may visit loved one at a local hospital answer to assure a clean, safe environment. If any of the house rules are broken you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund. We take pride in providing a comfortable and stylish space for you to visit will on business or vacation If extra guests stay or if large parties are witnessed at the property you will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided. All the names of guests need to be provided that are residing at the unit. No other visitors will be allowed other than those individuals on the list provided to Airbnb. If you stay past the noon check out time a $150 hour assessment will be charged as this delay in departure affects us getting the unit ready for the next guests. Please contact host if your check out is delayed. If another guest is booked and you interfere with the reservation you will be charged what that guest is to pay.
