This centrally located home is perfect for any type of traveler. Totally renovated in 2017, this house has been upgraded tastefully to suit travelers needs. The house is dedicated for Air BnB use, meaning, there are no personal belongings left around and it is professionally cleaned each and every time. The space COVID-19 update: The health and safety of my guests is of the utmost priority. With the ongoing news of coronavirus in Alberta, myself and the cleaning outfit that takes care of this property is taking additional precautions as recommended by the guidelines set out by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta. The cleaners are using strong cleaners on all touchables in the building to reduce the spread of bacteria at the time of each and every cleaning. The risk still remains low for Alberta and nearly 98% of my guests are Alberta residents. By following these guidelines and my added precautions the house should be as safe as most any place in Alberta. Respectfully, Brett Now onto the house: The upstairs consists of three bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom with shower/tub, kitchen and eating bar. The downstairs has two bedrooms, one “rumpus room”, one bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Total living area is approximately 1700 SQ FT. The house may feel a little cozy with larger groups. If you are a large group, this space is probably more ideal for those groups which are using the house as a home base to sleep, shower, and have a quick bite to eat. If you are looking to just stay in the house the whole time with a large group it might be a little crowded. With that being said it can sleep up to 13 people. Guest access You have full access to this tastefully renovated bungalow. You will enter through keyless entry so check-in is available at anytime. The house is situated on a corner lot, so there is a lot of room to relax outside. There is a great covered patio in the back yard complete with patio furniture and a BBQ. All available to use. There is AMPLE parking. I have two spaces available on my driveway, and because I am on a corner lot, there is street parking the entire length of the lot.
