Split-Level home fully equipped private suite has a kitchen (not kitchenette) located downstairs (NOT in a basement) with private entrance, parking, and patio NOT shared with the host. Office desk and crib are provided. A family-friendly very quiet and safe neighborhood. Suite is meticulously clean and FREE of bad odor. Equipped with smart air quality control. Hot Tub is available for an extra cost of $35 PER usage payable to host. Firepit is available for guests to use -weather permitting. The space ** Please read all important messages below. The room has 2 beds (Full/Twin) in one spacious bedroom located downstairs. Enter through the WHITE fence to get to the room. It has its own private bathroom, private living room, outdoor patio, range stove (not kitchenette), standard-size kitchen sink, refrigerator, and dining area. A very spacious NON-SMOKING property. Guest will immediately be terminated when found smoking or brought bad odor into the house. A $500 fine will be impose. NO refunds. Living room has comfy 2 reclining seats and lounge chair; Smart TV with streaming channels (Netflix, MAX, and Prime Video). Delta Neighborhood Park is walking distance. Door code will be provided on the day of arrival. Fiber 1 GB Wifi high speed internet and functional office desk are provided suitable for remote work.
