Tower one was completed in June of 2023, which is where Mantarraya Condo #1301 is located. The development will ultimately include a wellness center, boutique hotel, restaurants, spa, gym, and other facilities. Construction of these ammenities will be ongoing for some time but all amenities of Villa Del Palmar located next door are available to Mantarraya guests with all major credit cards accepted as form of payment. Guest acknowledges through booking that the Mantarraya property is currently under development and some construction noise and/or inconveniences may exist.
