This private and secure room is located in Cullen Bay marina in a 3 bedroom apartment with marina views. It’s extremely quiet and secure. On-site outdoor car parking is available as well as plenty on street. Short walking distance to Lola Bar, and many marina cafes / restaurants and also a short walk to CBD, the Casino and Mindil Beach. You will have a private bathroom and the kitchen to yourself. The space The room has a queen bed with plenty of linen cupboard space. The lounge, private bathroom and kitchen will be yours exclusively. The owner (me, executive male in 40s) is away most days and does occupy the opposite side of the apartment but will not interfere.
