Nestled away in a tranquil section of the Resort, this two-story townhouse offers a unique aspect overlooking the lagoon. A perfect getaway for those looking for the versatility of beach and also river experiences. Resort facilities include 3 swimming pools (1 heated), 2 spas, sauna, a 17.5m jumping pillow, a gated children’s playground, games room, 5 barbecue areas, a floodlit tennis court, conference room, restaurant & bar, tour brochure stand and on-site kiosk. The space The lower level comprises a spacious open plan living, dining/kitchen area and adjacent media room. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is located downstairs, including a separate toilet. Two sliding doors lead out onto the covered patio area with a peaceful outlook over the lily-filled lagoon and swimming pool. The kitchen is complete with all appliances needed to make your holidays a breeze. Upstairs there are two generously sized bedrooms. The master has an ensuite with a spa bath and TV, a walk-in robe and a private balcony overlooking the lagoon. There is also a second bathroom on this level. The second bedroom has two double single beds that can be put together to make a queen size bed. There is also one extra mattress to accommodate your guests. Porta-cot is available upon request. The media room includes smart TV with a PlayStation 4, Netflix and a couch that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. Sleeps 2 adults. Guest access Guests have full access to the resort facilities, swimming pools, sauna, restaurant and bar, BBQ areas, kids playgrounds and more.
