Located just 1.8 km from Talamanca Beach, our villa spans three floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional guests can be requested if needed. On the lower level of the house, you’ll find a self-contained apartment featuring a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a workspace, a TV, a refrigerator, a private terrace, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. You can reach the main floor via elevator or stairs, where a spacious and elegantly furnished living room awaits, complete with a large dining table and a cozy sofa area. Enjoy your favorite shows or Netflix on the large smart TV. The generous, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes an American-style refrigerator and a bean-to-cup coffee machine. On the terrace, you’ll find a large dining table that seats 10 people, a lit swimming pool with sun loungers, a chill-out lounge, and a small fitness area with yoga mats. Right next to the dining area, a gas barbecue invites you to enjoy relaxed outdoor meals. Savor delicious grilled dishes and unwind in the serene atmosphere of the terrace. There’s also an outdoor shower and a WC for your convenience. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, a large whirlpool bathtub, double sinks, a shower, and a WC. From the adjoining balcony terrace, you can take in a unique view of the sea, Ibiza’s Old Town, and the neighboring island of Formentera. The master suite also includes a spacious walk-in closet. On this floor, there are three additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a shared bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub. The fourth bedroom on this level comes with an en-suite bathroom, a double bed, a workspace, and its own balcony. Most rooms, including the kitchen, are equipped with a TV. As our property is only occasionally rented out to holiday guests, it is carefully maintained and outfitted with high-quality furnishings.
