Other things to note ☑️ Garden Style: This is a garden-style property. (The only one in Makati) Meaning that the glass door is exposed to the outside terrace. Please don't leave the glass door open because Makati has a climate with insects all year round. Thanks! ☑️ NETFLIX: enjoy your best movie or series in our Projector. ☑️ If you need to wash your clothes, there are plenty of laundromat stores in the area, the closest one is at the same Santillan St or J. Victor Street 5 min walking distance. Feel free to ask, please. * TERRACE * ☑️ The fire exit door should be open from 7 am to 7 pm. After 7 pm, you can close the door but not lock it. (Pls, read our guarantee of no disturbance) ☑️ GUARANTEE OF NO DISTURBANCE: If you find any other tenant(s) on the terrace using our furniture that is for you, we will give you an EXTRA NIGHT for FREE. *TERMS & CONDITIONS: - You should inform us IMMEDIATELY with pictures and videos about that tenant using our furniture for more than 10 minutes. - It's not a tenant a building maintenance worker and he/she is working on the terrace at that moment. (it rarely happens) - The tenant must be from our building and you can't entertain him. - The extra night will be given as soon as possible. - If the next day of your check-out day is already booked, we will inform you of the soonest day for you to use your free night stay. - The extra free night CANNOT be converted into money or be given to any other person. - Early check-in or late check-out fee is 150Php per hour. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or special requests related to these aspects. Thanks. ☑️ GATES DURING NIGHT: If you go out from our Brgy Pio del Pilar by your vehicle during the night, All doors will be closed except Washington Street. Please Ggogle it and enter over that gate. Thank you! ☑️ Although the inside is fully modernized, the building is 30 years old, so the water pressure in the building is not able to provide something that may be familiar to you if you're living, for example, in the USA or Europe. ☑️ Fire extinguisher. You will find the fire extinguisher just at the exit of the unit. (If you don't find it, please let us know.) ☑️ TOURIST GUIDE AND INTERPRETER. If you are looking to know Manila or the Philippines from a local perspective, Andres (my husband) is an amazing Tourist Guide and Interpreter.
