At main floor, on the beach

*ASK ME ABOUT YOUR FREE NIGHT* with min reservation of two nights, restrictions aplly. this apartment is in a condo complex right infront of the beach you are going to love my condo, becouse has a nice location, at main floor just 10 steps far from pool area and the beach walking to square town is about 12 mintutes you will find a lot of restaurants, stores, etcon the way to downtown you will find a lot of restaurants, the market, bars, etc, bucerias is a great town The space this one bedroom apartment is at main floor, and has a two full beds, kitchen with supllies, bathroom, living-dining area, a/a wifi, and is ten steps far from pool area, very confortable! Guest access the pool , palapa and terrace are the common area, you will find at the terrace a kitchen, please ask for it at front desk if you want to use it, needs to be reserved if you want to take chairs to the sand, please ask them which ones are good for the sand Other things to note the apartment is part of a condominium , and the manager has asked that all our guest, have knologee of the rules so when you arrive, as you know them you will feel already at home : THE SWIMMING POOL HOURS ARE FROM 10:30 AM TO 10:00 PM. THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANY LOUD NOISES ALLOWED THAT MIGHT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS AFTER 11:00 PM. THERE ARE NO GLASS OBJECTS ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA. GLASS OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PALAPA AND KITCHEN AREA. DO NOT SWIM UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED DURING A LIGHTENING STORM .BEFORE ENTERING THE SWIMMING POOL PLEASE TAKE A SHOWER TO WASH OFF THE SAND AND EXCESS OILS. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AS THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PLEASE USE APPROPIATE SWIMMING ATTIRE. REGULAR CLOTHING IS NOT ALLOWED. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE 12 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT 18 OR OVER AT ALL TIMES. INDIVIDUALS ASSUME THE RISK FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILE USING WE ASRE NOT NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS IN THE SWIMMING AREA. DO NOT HANG TOWELS OR CLOTHING ON THE RAILINGS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITS. DO NOT LEAVE TOWELS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS ON THE LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR MORE THEN ONE HOUR. ITEMS LEFT LONGER WILL BE REMOVED AND STORE AT THE FRONT DESK. PLEASE USE THE TRASH CANS. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE IN THE COMMON AREAS. NO SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS. MUSIC MUST BE KEEP AT A LEVEL THAT DOES NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS. YOU MUST MAKE A RESERVATION AT THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO USING THE COMMON AREA KITCHEN. It is necessary to leave a deposit of 200 pesos, to ensure that the area is returned in good condition and as clean as possible, leaving the garbage deposited in bags and baskets that are located in the area, clean the kitchen counters, , with cloth that you will find at this area, and please return your dishes back to your suite. The refrigerator will run out of food as the maid will remove any forgotten food or drink when she cleans it. No sweeping or mopping required. Once your schedule is over, the deposit will be refunded. If you use the gas grill please do not leave food in the rack COMMON AREA KITCHEN HOURS ARE FROM 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM.
