The space This is a guest studio located above the detached garage next to our main home. It is private and serene. The property is 4 acres total overlooking 2 ponds. Guest access Exterior private entrance up a staircase to your studio guest house with Private patio. Other things to note This guest studio is not suitable for children as there are stairs and 2nd story patio.
