Property is clean & well maintained; home is a smart home with smart locks & Alexa enabled devices. The bedroom has a firestick with apps and channels that will keep you entertained, the living room has a mounted projector & projector screen with mood lights all around and a bar with bar stools for nice lounge feel. The space PRIME LOCATION!!!! Cozy basement one bedroom apartment with private entrance LESS THAN 15MINS AWAY FROM JFK AIRPORT!! The bedroom has a queen size bed. Private bathroom and kitchen with utensils and dining table to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with projector & firestick with Netflix and other apps, plus free WIFI! This Home is occupied by the owners; apartment is downstairs with owners upstairs, please be mindful that there may be walking above but not too excessive! Home is fully equipped with security cameras around the exterior of the house for homeowner & guests safety. Please be mindful that there is a camera by the entry door before you enter the apartment. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CAMERAS INSIDE YOUR PRIVATE SUITE. IT IS PROHIBITED TO MANIPULATE THE WIFI OR THE CAMERA. WASHER & DRYER ON PREMISES ARE PRIVATE & NOT FOR GUEST USAGE!!!! REFUSAL TO OBEY THESE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN $500 FEE. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, SO THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES OR GATHERINGS WITH EXTRA GUESTS. * Walking distance to convenient store/restaurants/laundromat /transport * Turn off the lights and heater when you are not using it. * Do not throw trash/paper towels in the toilet. * Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and you will be charged an additional fee for doing so. The back yard is available, should you need to smoke please utilize it. * Please put the recycles in the blue recycle bin located on the property. Guest access Guests have full access to their private apartment, which is accessed through the rear of the house down a short flight of stairs. You will have the entire suite to yourself; it is a one bedroom with a window, & comfortable queen-sized bed, living room area with window, full-sized stocked kitchen (with pots, pans, appliances, dishes, and utensils) with dining area, a full-sized bathroom, free parking, Wi-Fi, TV, and a private entrance. We live upstairs and are always available if needed but always respect our guests' privacy. Other things to note THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, SO THERE WILL BE NO LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES OR GATHERINGS WITH EXTRA GUESTS. I am NOT responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while staying in my home I am NOT responsible for the loss of personal belongs or valuables I am NOT responsible for any items left behind. However, if items are left, I’ll make every effort to return them to you after we come to an applicable agreement. This listing is 100% NO smoking or vaping. No tobacco or cannabis products of any type inside the home, feel free to utilize the backyard. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine and immediate eviction without refund. Host does not approve requests within 24 hours of check in or check out to allow cleaning time. Anyone who checks out late without prior approval will be charged 2 1/2 times the daily booking fee! There are cameras in the driveway and at the entrance to monitor number of guests and for the safety of guests. Cameras are in ACTIVE and RECORDING at all times.
