Welcome to 18 Main Street; a charming Georgian town house situated within the heart of Fishguard. Having carried out extensive renovation to restore the property to its former beauty, we were delighted to welcome our first guests in 2023 - and hope to welcome guests for many years going forward. Please note, whilst one ground floor room will not be accessible to guests, guests will have exclusive use of the property. The space 18 Main Street is set ‘upside down’. Step into the entrance hallway on entering the property at ground floor from Main Street, and find the sitting room to the right - the perfect space for relaxing with a book, or glass of wine. A cloakroom toilet can also be found leading off from this room. To the left you will find the main lounge, with large chesterfield sofas, and wall mounted Smart TV. Following the climbing stairs to the first floor, you will find three tasteful bedrooms and a heritage bathroom, including a free standing double ended roll top bath tub. Moving up to the second floor, a kitchen/dining room can be found to one side of the landing, with a further bunk room to the other. 1 x Living Room - Sofa's - TV 1 x Sitting Room - Sofa - Rocking chair - Choice of books - Bluetooth music speaker 1 x Kitchenette/Diner - Microwave - Fridge - Toaster - Kettle - Oven/Hob - Dining table 1 x Bathroom - Shower - Bath 1 x Cloakroom toilet - Toilet - Basin 4 x Bedroom - Double (bedroom 1) - Bunk (bedroom 2) - King (bedroom 3) - Twin ( bedroom 4 ) Guest access Whilst 18 Main Street offers no parking, there is parking available for a small charge in the nearby (two minute walk) Parc Y Shwt car park. In addition, there is free of charge on street parking available on selective residential roads. Additional: Whilst we are happy to accommodate fury friends, we kindly ask that all four legged companions are kept off the furniture. Other things to note Placed moments from Market Square (the centre of Fishguard), and only a stones throw from the picturesque Lower Town Harbour, Number 18 is perfectly located for both exploring Fishguard and it’s surrounding areas. Relax with a drink in one of the many pubs; walk along the harbour wall with a crab sandwich in hand; paddle the coastline by kayak and for those who love walking; the property is only a short (approximately three minute walk) onto the Pembrokeshire Coast National Path. Please note: water in the property is heated by an immersion heater. Guests will have to allow a small amount of time between showers to allow the water in the tank to re-heat (approximately 20 minutes).
