You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay for your vacation or for your business trips. My accommodation is located in a quiet and residential area very close to the 3 Borders region. You will also have at your disposal a free secure parking space for your vehicle. You will have access to: + Comfortable and premium bedding. + 1 queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) + 1 convertible sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) + 1 folding crib (60 cm x 120 cm) + A beautiful luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. + A large fully-equipped kitchen with a central island open to the living room. + An office area that is located in the bedroom. Guest access You will also have a secure parking space for your car in the back of the house and of course the option to park a second vehicle for free on the street. Other things to note Additional charges for babies: - Pack 'n play, €10 surcharge per stay and per baby. - High chair: €10 surcharge per stay and per baby. Additional information for guests: It is strictly forbidden: - Light candles in the accommodation. - To smoke in the accommodation. - To use the washing machine in the accommodation without your presence.
