Yes, we are pet friendly & secluded here at the end of our road! Our property is also at the end of the lake inlet giving privacy from boat traffic. Plenty of space for everyone with 3,128 Square Ft Lake House with 7 bedrooms & 3 baths! Just a few steps and you will be in our open concept living room to the dining and the dining to the kitchen! The space WATER LEVELS: Please note that the Army Corps of Engineers continually adjusts the lake levels throughout the season. Currently the lake is low. If you have a boat, you may have difficulty accessing the dock until the water level comes back up. CAR CHARGER Just arrived and have an electric vehicle? We have you covered with an Emporia EV Charger Level 2, 48 amp Outdoor Electric Car Charger (You Will Need a Tesla Adapter). Where to cook? Upstairs we have a fully kitchen with all full sized appliances, Traditional Drip and Keurig Coffee Makers, Coffee Grinder, 6-Quart Crock-Pot Slow Cooker, Blender Downstairs we have a kitchenette with Full size fridge / freezer and Traditional Drip, coffee grinder, and Keurig Coffee Makers Outside we have a Weber Propane Grill - we supply the propane! We supply the following LAKE TOYS: 2x sit inside kayaks 1x tandem blow up kayak 1x blow up boat DOCK We have a private swim dock which is the perfect place to launch a kayak or just sit by the lake! WATER LEVELS As of November 1, 2025 we do not have water at our dock. Lake Levels fluctuate so we cannot guarantee future water levels but typically we have around 3 feet during the spring & summer. During the fall and winter you can still launch the kayaks by walking along the shoreline to the water. PATHWAY TO DOCK The path to the dock is paved and reasonably flat. What else to do? Base occupancy is 6 and $15 per person per night over CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. Please note you must be 25 years of age to rental.
