The space The townhome is readily accessible from one of the main city streets. The living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and dining area are located on the 1st floor. The bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. BEDROOMS: 🛌 Master Bedroom: King-size bed, blackout curtains, walk-in closet, and a 43" smart tv 🛌Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a 43" smart tv (Please use your own streaming logins, e.g., Netflix, for the smart TVs.) KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with silverware, pots, pans, plates, and a coffee maker. All the small but important essentials are included, like coffee, sugar, and creamer. There is a large island that extends to a corner workspace! So, if you are staying for business, the space is perfect for a laptop. LIVING ROOM: The living room is furnished with a 50" smart tv, Bose sound speaker, and a super comfy sofa! (Please use your own streaming logins, e.g., Netflix, for the smart TV.) OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy your time in the private backyard featuring: - picnic table with umbrella - charcoal grill - yard games - covered back patio - hanging lights - patio furniture - small table w/chairs for kids ages 3-7. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer and dryer located on the first floor. Cleaning Supplies Guest access Guests have full access to the townhome, except for a small host supply closet located under the stairs. Other things to note 🚗 Parking: Guests have two assigned parking spaces labeled ‘Unit A’ right next to the home. Please refer to the parking images provided by the host for guidance. Additional street parking is also available if needed. * Other small amenities we include are a blow dryer, iron, towels, body soap, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. * Internet Ultra 1 Gbps (Great speed for movies, video calling, and multiple connected devices) * Please keep in mind to have extra care if traveling with kids.
