This house is clean & custom built house in a prime location. Next door to a kayak shop/ gear rental business and right down the road from the famous Exit Glacier, it is perfect for families & adventurers alike. It is within walking distance of two locally loved restaurants with great food, yet still in a private location. You will love renting my house, I take pride in it & the services my guests receive at my place. Please check in at Exit Glacier Lodge located 600' to the East of rental. The space Enjoy stunning views of Mount Marathon and the surrounding glacier-capped mountains from the property. Relax in the living room, enjoy a movie, or cook a meal in the kitchen. The main floor living area features spacious living and dining areas, gas fireplace, kitchen area, a large-screen TV and internet access. The two bedrooms on the main floor have a king bed in one and a set of twin bunk beds in the other. Full laundry facilities are also located on the main floor. The top floor features a balcony area with a full sized log bed as well as two interconnecting bedrooms with 3 extra long twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one on each floor. Guest access Guests have the whole house. Other things to note There are animal mounts in the house as is common in Alaska.
