The Sand Dunes are only 34 miles away — an easy and scenic day trip! The space Weekend adventure who would like a base and wants to see a lot of local and area attractions. Walk around Cole Park. Trail & bike maps located in Inn. Tons of area attractions right at your fingertips. The park has walking and biking trails, right near the Rio Grande River. BBQ areas in park just bring your charcoal and meat! Horseshoe pits, bike jumps, baseball fields. Would be a great location for a event. Guest access You have the whole middle section of this Inn. Where the couch and living area is there is also a queen bed tucked in a little nook. 40 Winks #2 is the right side of the Inn-(also available on airbnb). You have a complete fenced in yard for your children or pets. You don't need a gym because you have a" free" one right out your door. During the day you can walk to town enjoy the Alamosa Museum and numerous delicious local restaurants. You are walking distance to the Scenic Railroad that can take you up to one of the many weekend summer concerts. If you love to read a great book or research some history visit the local Library just minutes away. Other things to note I do allow pets and ask that you PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ON FURNITURE - I have a pet fee jar located inside Inn that’s $20 each pet.
