This Private resort consists of 1 Main 4,600sqft lodge and 4-two story cabins. The main lodge has a brand-new kitchen, 30ft bar, giant gas fireplace, family room, dining room, and game room. Each cabin consists of 3 bedrooms,3-1/2 bathrooms, living room and Kitchenette. Adk themed resort is perfect for large group. Family Gatherings/ friend gatherings/ business trips/ bridal showers/ weddings/ you name it! -Sleeps up to 32 people -12 bedrooms -18 bathrooms - 4 living rooms There are a total of 4 cabins on the property, each cabin has spaces available for parking, quick and easy entry to the cabins with electronic key pad locks, the morning of your arrival you will be given access codes. Both the first floor and second floor of the cabins have entry ways. One half of the top floor of each cabin consist of a kitchenette, living room, dining table, breakfast bar with stools, gas fireplace, and a half bath. The second half on the top floor has a tiny reading nook, and a master bedroom with a gas fireplace, plus a full-size bathroom with standing shower. The bottom floor of each cabin has an entryway and two bedrooms. The first bedroom on the bottom floor has 2 full beds, gas fireplace and a full-sized bathroom, the second bedroom on the bottom floor has a king sized bed, gas fireplace with a full-sized bathroom. Both bottom floor bathrooms have a bath tub shower. Each cabin on the property is located approximately 50 ft away from the other. The layout of the main lodge on the property is as follows, washer/dryer room, full sized kitchen, large game room with basketball, skee ball and foosball. The main section of the lodge offers a 30ft long built in bar, a large dining area, and a large gathering area Infront of a gas fireplace with a tv. Each cabin has 2 televisions, 1 in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Kitchenettes in the cabins come with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, plates, flatware and cups. Each bathroom in the cabins also is supplied with all essential toiletries. Fresh linens are provided for all beds and towels for bathrooms. Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the property. Please note the main lodge doesn’t have ac, but we have fans for circulation. There is a fireplace with seating outside on the grounds with firewood provided free of charge. The upstairs and downstairs of the lodge are off limits due to safety reasons with unfinished construction. Our lawn is maintained (mowed and weed whacked) on weekly to bi-weekly basis depending on weather, please do not interfere while they are on our property. This may also include yard clean-up of leaves/ debris and watering flowers.
