I am delighted to welcome you to our spacious apartment in the heart of fascinating Miraflores. The apartment is located in a residential area, so you will get all the peace and quiet needed for good rest. HOWEVER, you will also be just a few blocks away from a plethora of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and shops. We look forward to seeing you! The space This is a 4th floor updated unit, with 24hr concierge and elevator, that can accommodate up to 6 people, and has everything you may need to spend a comfortable and memorable stay. When you enter the apartment, the first thing you will see is the combined dining-living space that flows into the balcony. Adjacent is a half bath and a large fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer set. On the left side of the apartment you will find the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. This bedroom also has a desk and ergonomic chair. There are two additional bedrooms with two single beds each. We have placed these beds side-by-side so they can be pushed together and create double beds if preferred. Besides the master bathroom, there is a second full bathroom near the bedrooms. Other things to note The neighborhood and building are very safe. There is one security camera outside the apartment in the common area.
