Before you confirm your booking, please be aware that we require guests to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Our property is big enough to meet their needs. Please leash and clean up after them when taking out to be mindful of other guests. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 9 pm. ★ EARLY CHECK-INS/CHECKOUTS ★ Pending availability on our calendar, we are happy to accommodate most early check ins and late check outs. The price is $20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Please reach out ASAP to ask for potential extensions. ★ SELF CHECK-IN ★ Guests will check-in with a smart lock. ★ POOL ★ Please note that pool is seasonal and may be closed during certain times of the year. Fenced in pool in back yard. Pool is only guaranteed to be open June - September due to water temperatures. Our pool is 4 ft deep across so we ask no diving. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please accompany all children under age of 14.
