Before confirming your booking, please note that all guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information. ★ HISTORIC HOME & TEMPERATURE NOTICE ★ During periods of extreme temperatures, please keep in mind that the house was built in the 1830s. While it does have central heating and air, we kindly ask for your understanding that indoor temperatures may be slightly uncomfortable at times due to the home’s historic construction. Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. Please leash pets and clean up after them when outdoors to be mindful of other guests. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES / EVENTS ★ We kindly ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests. Please respect quiet hours after 9:00 PM. ★ EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS ★ Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated at $20 per hour (one-hour minimum). Please reach out as soon as possible for availability. ★ POOL ★ The pool is seasonal and may be closed at certain times of the year. It is fenced and located in the backyard. Pool access is only guaranteed May–September due to water temperatures. The pool is 4 feet deep throughout—no diving permitted. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★ INTERACTION ★ You may see us or our maintenance team on-site periodically for routine tasks such as mowing, pool cleaning, or maintenance needs. ★ AGE REQUIREMENTS ★ The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests. The entire property is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The home is one of the oldest structures nestled in Millbrook, AL. Millbrook is a quaint little town with a lot of historical significance. Situated between the bigger cities of Prattville and Wetumpka, the town is easily accessible with all modes of transport. It is located just off Hwy 14 and sits approximately 15 minutes north of Montgomery. The town has a host of amenities and services. Shops, restaurants, and bars are also nearby. Whether you're seeking relaxation, entertainment, or a combination of both, we have you covered. The main house, boasting over 3500 sq ft, provides ample space for everyone to spread out comfortably. With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to find their own private oasis. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a long day of exploring. The kitchen and bathrooms in the main house feature luxurious granite counters and stainless steel appliances, blending modern convenience with historic charm. Prepare delicious meals for your group in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather around the large dining room table that can comfortably seat 12 guests. The main house also includes a kids' playroom, ensuring the little ones are entertained and having a blast. Each home is equipped with its own washer and dryer, making it easy for you to freshen up your clothes during your stay. Situated just a short 5-minute drive from the interstate, our property offers convenient access to nearby attractions and destinations. ARRIVING: This home sits on the corner of Main Street, one of the main thoroughfares through town. and Browns Road. While the GPS should bring you straight here, the property has a white fence out front and three entrances from the road. The main house has a pull through driveway in front and a parking area to the right of the porch. You may access the cabin and the cottage from the separate driveway. Each home is equipped with an electronic smart lock on the front door. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE AS IT DOES NOT HAVE AN AUTO LOCK FEATURE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am and the procedures will be sent the evening before. WIFI: Network - Dreamline Suites Guest Password - enjoythestay23 SLEEPING: There are 7 queen beds, 1 king bed, as well as 3 air mattresses that can sleep a total of 22, if needed. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. POOL: Our pool is 4 ft deep across so we ask no diving. Swim at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please accompany all children under age of 14. Pool rules are listed on fence as well. Fenced in pool in back yard. Pool is only guaranteed to be open June - September due to water temperatures. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, early check-ins will need to be manually approved and priced at $20/hour. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4PM. The code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Fireplaces are not for use. Please be mindful when exploring the areas outside. Many repurposed materials were used for the walkways. This home is nearly 200 years old and the walkways can sometimes be uneven or slick. The pool is also seasonal and may be closed during certain times of the year.
