The apartment is a one bedroom plus study/flexible area with a second sofa. Split system AC / Heating in the main living area. A pedestal fan is available in the bedroom. The bedroom has a brand new Queen size bed. Suited to long corporate stays for a single person or couple. There is a good sized balcony with table and 4 chairs where you can take in the amazing bay views whilst alfresco dining. Watch the Cruise ships as they enter and depart into Port Melbourne (seasonally). Level 5 amenities of heated outdoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and fully equipped gym is included (5 min induction with concierge required) The apartment is fully equipped with all brand new high end mod cons - full size fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, blender and more. It also has a washing machine, dryer, iron & board and clothes airer and hairdryer. You will feel right at home with all of the amenities and items provided. There is tea, coffee, salt/pepper, oil, foil, cling wrap, baking paper, washing powder etc. All the basics are covered. Linen and towels are provided, I even have spare towels for you to use at the pool. Please no smoking either in the apartment or or on the balcony. No loud noise / music. The neighbours are permanent residents in the building. No dedicated parking spot - on the street there is some free of charge all day, 2 hour and 4 hour spaces. Overnight it’s free in all spots from 6pm-8am so if you are out and about during the day you will be able to park easily in the evening. However, a car isn’t really needed with the 109 tram on your doorstep, the bus, plenty of lime scooters/bikes and it’s an easy 10 min walk to the City, South Melbourne Market and beach in the other direction. Coles Local Supermarket is situated under the apartment block for ease and convenience. Guest access The main entrance to the apartment is at 259 Normanby Road, South Melbourne there is also rear access on Woodgate Street. I am flexible with check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Please contact me to discuss. Other things to note South Melbourne market is open Wednesday, Friday, Saturdays and Sundays It is approx $65-$75 from the airport and $10 to the City by Uber / taxi
