This is modern mountain living at it’s finest. Spacious rooms on the second floor with great views of the forest and lots of fresh air. The airBNB is a shared community with the freindy local owners, as they have built their house onto the airBNB, so you may run into eachother in the back yard from time to time. Once you enter the airBNB you will have a set of stairs to climb from the front entrance boot room to get to the main floor. Open concept floor plan lots of seating, WiFi, net flex and Shaw cable, games, toys and more. Two bedrooms and a hida bed with lots of extra bedding. Relax in a comfortable atmosphere in the rocky mountains. There are two queen beds, one single bunk bed and a hid-a bed with extra foam and cozy blankets. Pets welcome Please note in the winter you need 4x4 and winter tires to make it up the driveway Enjoy your stay Guest access Guests have the entire upstairs of the house as their own space. The back yard is a shared space with our family as our kids like to play back there as well. There is a BBQ hut with a bar space and a firepit that guests are welcome to use at their pleasure if there is not a fire band in effect -All Pets are welcome, we have a cat, dog and two horses. -Our hot tub is also located in the back yard and is available for guest use. -There is a tenant living below the air bnb and you can sometimes hear the tv through the wall/door. They are mindful of current airbnb guests. It is safe to drink. Please note that this year, the water table is lower than normal. Please conserve water, have shorter showers to accommodate all the guests. Turn the water off when not in use.
