Garage and basement are off limits Other things to note Fire pit and gas grill in the back yard. Fire wood is not provided and you must have marshmallows or hot dogs etc nearby for a fire pit per village ordinance. No refunds due to weather, loss of power (full house generator), loss of internet, stink bugs, lady bugs, bees, flies, mosquitoes, gnats, insects, roaches, spiders, mouse, ant, etc (never had any but it’s in our list of non refundable reasons) These are all acts of nature we can not control and with any house or property, we don’t want any of these issues either!
