The front door is on the top level with a large open floor plan kitchen/ living area, ocean view deck, bedroom with King size bed and 1 1/2 baths. Downstairs has a small den , laundry room and access to the downstairs deck, private hot tub and outdoor shower . It is a perfect environment for a romantic getaway. This home is located on a secluded street that is an easy walk to the beach, Camel Rock or a great meal at Moonstone Grill. From this amazing vantage point you will be entertained by the daily tidal shift of the ocean and river, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, many beachgoers, surfers, whale or bird watching, and sweet weddings at Moonstone beach. It sits just above the Moonstone Beach House venue which hosts private events throughout the summer. This one bedroom , one and a half bath home is perfect for a couple. Guests must be 25 years or older, this home is not pet friendly or appropriate for children. No parties allowed. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house except the downstairs bedroom. Other things to note The house is on a hillside, there a steps down to the front door.
