We hope you enjoy your stay and connect with the essence of this beautiful country! The space Our cozy apartment is located in a residential building, the atmosphere is familiar, respectful and safe. The building has an elevator. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with a queen size bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with a three-bed bunk bed, ceiling fan and vertical floor fan, plus a full sofa bed in the living room. The living and dining room area has ceiling fans and vertical floor fans, the air conditioning in the living room cools the entire apartment. The internet is fiber optic 500 megas upload and 500 megas download. The windows of the apartment are double glass and hermetic by which you will hear very small the sound of the nightlife of the old town. We have electric hot water and in case of emergency interruption of water service we have reserve water tanks. For large groups, the extra beds are inflatable: 2 queen and 1 twin. Other things to note - exclusive apartment just for you and your guests. - the building has an elevator. - the property is located in a tourist and historic area with discos, bars and restaurants that you can walk to. - we have a free washer and dryer. - the windows of the apartment are double glass and airtight so you will hear the very small sound of the nightlife of Old Town. - The air conditioning cools the entire apartment. -You can request early check-in for $45 and early check-out for $45 for an additional fee, subject to availability. - In case of emergency due to interruption of water service, we have water reserve tanks. - We have a hot water shower that is electric, for safety the breaker can trip. If there is no hot water, reset the 4 breaker on the left side. The breaker box is in the laundry room where the brooms and mop are.
