The space Central Location: Driving Time ~ VRE train to DC 1.2 miles (parking available for free at VRE) ~ 15 minutes drive to Tyson Corner Mall (without traffic) ~ 20 minutes drive to D.C (without traffic) ~ 10 minutes drive to Burke Lake Park ~ 20 minutes drive to Alexandria Old town There are plenty of shopping centers, restaurants, and travel option within 2 miles of the property. 1) King Park Shopping Center ~ 0.6 miles (10 minutes walk) - Giant - Peet's Coffee - Subway - CVS - Giardino Italian Restaurant 2) West Springfield shopping center ~ 1.8 miles - Popeyes - Panera Bread - Chipotle - Inova Urgent Care 3) Old Keene Mill Shopping Center ~ 1.8 miles (it has Beautiful outdoor hang space with fire pit and comfortable seating) - Starbucks - Planet Fitness - BGR Burger Grilled - Pupatella This private lower level is modern, bright, open, and welcoming. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with super soft sheets. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space with closets. If your things get wrinkled during your travels, an iron and ironing board are available to smooth them out. The living room has a very comfortable sofa and a futon with arrangement for dining and dedicate work space. Also, included is a 70in tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and all streaming at the fastest WiFi speed of 1GB. The kitchenette is equipped with the essentials such as a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups provided, microwave, toaster. You’ll be fully stocked with coffee and few additional snacks to enjoy while you get settled in. There are dishes, bowels and silverware for your use. The fridge is 4.5Cu for you to use. Enjoy the outdoor with private access to the Patio with seating. Guests enter through an independent walkway leading to the right side of the house. There is a smart lock with keypad behind the screen door for self check-in. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. **The thermostat is located in the upper level so if you have a preference for temperature please let me know in advance. It is the lower level so it will be cooler than normal. Extra cleaning supplies are provided so you can also clean at any time during your stay. Please Note: This is a strictly Non-Smoking space. If you smoke inside the unit, you will be subject to a $500 fine. There are no pets allowed. * *The exterior of the unit is monitored 24/7** Guest access The guest will have their own private walkway to the entrance from the front of the house. The walkway will lead to a fence door. The entrance door is labeled with unlocked screen door. Once you open the screen door you will be able to enter in the unlock code to enter. Other things to note The trash bin are located at the top of the driveway and extra trash bags are within one of the kitchenette cabinet.
