The expansive, open-plan lounge flows directly onto the pool deck, the ultimate setting for sunset cocktails or alfresco dinners under the stars. The Layout: 5 Bedrooms The property is comprised of two distinct buildings, offering both connection and privacy: - The Main Villa: Features 3 spacious bedrooms. - The Beach House (Annex): Located just steps away, offering 2 additional bedrooms in the top floor. - Total: 5 Suites, each with A/C and a private en-suite bathroom. >> Notes: - This property has a total of 6 bedrooms. The Staff: Your host lives on the property in a separate area and although not always there, if she is, she is available to ensure your stay is perfect while maintaining absolute respect for your privacy. Provisions: "La Bodega de Portillo" is just outside the gates for essentials and offers delivery. For larger shops, Las Terrenas is a short, scenic 10-minute drive. Power Note: While we embrace the secluded nature of Portillo, we provide a high-capacity inverter to ensure lights, Wi-Fi, and fans remain functional in the event of a local power outage.
