In my 1BD flat in the residence, there is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym, 24-hour security, sauna, playground, parking lot. You will have an extremely nice sleep, with a new branded bed and cushions. There are also extra cushions in the flat. A full kitchen will make cooking easy for you. Cleaning is always done carefully. My flat is close to Yaşar and Ege university, It is suitable for exchange students. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. The space Airconditioning and heating is awailable. Hot water is availbale in the flat.everything you need in the house you will find. Iron and ironing table. Taxi stop is infront of the flat. A big supermarket is accross the street. Coffee shops, restaurant, pharmacy coiffeur are available under the flat. Guest access You will have one bedroom flat by your own. Kitchen, bathroom is in the flat just for you. Important note for exchange students: After arriving in Izmir, They must pay a rental fee to a real estate agent and a deposit of 1 or 2 months' rent. Finding a short-term home in this area, such as 4.5 to 5 months, is quite difficult. You'll also have to pay a deposit for electricity, water, gas, and internet. When you return to your home country, you'll need to cancel your subscriptions for electricity, gas &wifi and wait a while to receive your deposit back. My home is fully equipped. I recommend it to the exchange students. You will have your rental contract also for your residency. Other things to note This is a residence flat that you will find everything available for you. You also pay the apartment payment and the bills monthly.
