Located one block from beach access and a short drive to the main beach which includes beach volleyball courts, a playground, boat launch, and the Point Clark Lighthouse. Point Clark has many parks that offer tennis, basketball, baseball, horseshoe pits, and playground equipment. Located close to Family Fun Land Go-Karts and Mini Putt. Short drive to Kincardine with restaurants, golf and groceries. The space This gorgeous 1200 square foot cottage is an open concept space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large living room includes a 65” Smart TV and a wood burning fireplace, offering a warm space to watch movies and play games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, bar fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, and more. An A/C unit is located in the kitchen area. The built in pantry offers plenty of space to store food. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are provided in each of the three large bedrooms. The master bedroom includes two queen sized beds with a large closet, ensuite bath, and washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a double and single bed with a large closet and shelf space. The third bedroom has a double bed with room for a mattress. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The large backyard includes a covered porch with seating, a patio table for 6, a propane bbq, a picnic table, and a large space to enjoy outdoor games located in the deck box.
