Relax and reset in beautiful Villa Riviera located in this perfectly peaceful valley behind Terrigal Village and beaches. With divine panoramic views across the trees to the coast, the studio offers luxurious decor, well-equipped kitchenette, superb marble bathroom and direct access to a 8m salt and mineral pool. Songbird Studio has been inspired by the Mediterranean to create the perfect romantic getaway. So either chill out here or for more action Terrigal, Avoca and Wamberal are all so close. The space Songbird Studio has all you need for the perfect break from city life. There's a large deck perfect for al fresco dining with its table, chairs, sun umbrella and Weber BBQ. The beautiful interiors offer a super comfy King size bed and well equipped kitchenette with toaster, kettle, coffee maker and portable cooktop. There's also a lovely marble table for two, Smart TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, wardrobe and gorgeous marble and brass bathroom with bath, shower and double vanity. The studio looks out to the glorious valley view panorama, down across the tree canopy and beyond to the golden sand of Wamberal Beach. Please note, we have a reflective film on the sliding door and the stairs outside of the window are not in use to ensure your privacy. Guest access Songbird Studio is a self-contained unit located in our beautiful property, Villa Riviera. You'll have direct access to the pool and patio beside the studio. If guests are renting the apartment next door, they will also have access to the pool. The lawned area beside the pool and the clothes line are available for guests' use however the very lowest garden area is out of bounds. Other things to note Our property is not suitable for anyone who is mobility impaired, sadly, as we have lots of stairs. We are on a sloping site, hence the incredible views, but this means more stairs than on a standard flat section property. Please note, the staircase outside is not in use to ensure your privacy.
