Extremely comfortable and quite large as it measures 630mts2 and wherever you are you hear the relaxing sound of the waves and with spectacular views, direct access to the beach where you will see incredible sunsets. The space Peninsula condominium located in the best hotel zone in Nuevo Vallarta. It has all the luxurious amenities and services of a luxury hotel, with ocean views, as it is located at the foot of the beach. Just a few minutes away from the boardwalk, Marina, restaurants and airport. The Penthouse is located on the 1st floor of Tower 2. It has a security camera only at the entrance, cable TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi Internet, dishes for 12 people, complete kitchen utensils, laundry area with washer and dryer, steam iron. 5 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms complete with bath towels, hand soap, body soap and shampoo. Pool towels, cleaning service twice a week. You can also have more cleaning days, babysitter, cook or chef AT AN ADDITIONAL COST (you have to book their services in advance so that they have availability) Guest access The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta condominium has 24-hour surveillance. Surveillance booth, beach access with security door, green areas, beach club, two restaurants, massages on the beach, beds in palapas, 3 pools, 2 of them heated, waiter service in pool and beach. Gym, Spa, sauna, steam, playroom, movie room, pool table, ping pong, foosball, library, children's playground, 24-hour Front Desk. Covered parking for 2 cars. and parking (not covered, but also inside the condo) for up to 1 more car. Other things to note *Depending on the days you rent, electricity is included. From 5 days to 7 days, electricity is included in the rental cost. For 14 days, 1,000 watts of electricity is included. For 21 days, 1,250 watts of electricity are included. and for 1 month 1,500 watts of electricity are included. If you consume more than this, you will have to pay for it (the watt costs approx. 3.90 pesos each, the cost varies, upon arrival you will be told the current price) so we recommend not leaving A/C on all day, only use them to sleep (if you need them, because there are seasons that do not need to be turned on.) If you finish the included watts, you will be notified and you will have to make a direct deposit to have more watts of electricity. * Includes check-in and check-out cleaning plus 2 days of cleaning per week. If you require more cleaning days, you can request them with the Host, but you will pay them directly with the cleaning lady. If you need to leave later than the check-out time, you would have to request it and it would be available and at an extra cost of 100dlls extending to 2:00pm and at that cost every 2 hours if you need to request it.
