Welcome to our home New studio located in Palermo, equipped with everything needed for short and long stays for up to 2 people. We are very close to the UP (University of Palermo), Avenida Cordoba and Coronel Diaz. Steps away from bus lines and close to the subway line D. The space Brand new studio, located on the 6th floor in front, overlooking Cabrera Street, equipped with: - Queen-sized bed - Private balcony with outdoor chairs and table - 100 MB WiFi Speed - Smart TV - Table for 2 people - Full kitchen with kitchen utensils, microwave, electric oven, and refrigerator with freezer. - An iron and ironing board. - Full bathroom with tub and bidet. - An outdoor pool on the top floor that is shared. - Shared gym also on the top floor. Hours: from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For winter, in addition to air conditioners, we have a radiant slab to heat the environment. And for hot weather, we have air conditioning Guest access The pool, gym, and coworking space are on the 9th floor. Photos of the documents to be presented to security must be sent in advance. Other things to note We are going to request you to enter the building a photo of your identity, your ID or Passport, as a security measure that the building asks us to leave registered who enters. This is mandatory. We do not replace clothes for stays of less than 7 nights. For check-ins in the early morning or very late at night, between 8 pm and 7 am, you have to pay USD 10 or the equivalent in pesos at the blue USD rate, and we will wait for you at the apartment with the key during these hours. Important: reservations made after 5pm for income on the same day, we receive them in the apartment at the time we agree for the value of 10 usd or the equivalent in pesos to the usd blue.
