House Rules Sunset Terrace is designed for quiet, respectful stays and is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests. • Primary guest must be 25+ • No smoking, vaping, drugs, or fireworks • No parties, events, or commercial photography • No indoor wood-burning fires (outdoor propane firepit provided) • Unauthorized late checkout: $100 per hour • Smoke detector or air purifier tampering: $500 fee Safety & Cleanliness • Monthly professional pest control (occasional bugs are part of Sierra living 🌲) • Outdoor security cameras for guest safety (no indoor cameras) Other Things to Note Sunset Terrace is thoughtfully managed to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. We’re always available to assist before and during your visit. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property, including both the main house and the guest house, the deck, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities. The only exceptions are a locked walk-in closet in the master bathroom and one closet in the guesthouse, which are reserved for owner supplies.
