The kitchen diner and living room area is in a spacious light and sunny conservatory that looks out to a pretty patio garden. Guest access The flat is accessible through an archway to the side of the house, down some steep steps and at the end of a small lit up passageway. Other things to note The flat is located on a steep hill and the entrance to the flat is down a fight of steps to the side of the house ( please see photos) The area is residential parking between 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday but free out of these times and there are pay and display spaces nearby. There is a secure courtyard garden available to quietly use. It is divided by a spiral staircase that leads to the Patio of the upstairs neighbours behind a metal gate. Quiet times: 11pm-8am Please respect the neighbours and other people who live in the building by not using the garden during these hours.
