The parking garage has a height clearance of 7'8". Note for Airbnb Bookings We charge a cleaning and linen fee to all guests, as well as a damage protection waiver. Airbnb combines these fees into one "cleaning fee" on their platform. The cleaning and linen fee covers the cost of cleaning the property after each guest stay, as well as providing fresh linens and towels. The damage protection waiver covers any damage to the property that is not caused by normal wear and tear. For Airbnb bookings, they combine the cleaning and linen fee and the damage protection plan. Guest access The condo is located at 315 N 2nd St. Ketchum ID in the Christophe building Unit 603 To reach the condo complex, simply head over to 2nd Ave S, where you'll find the entrance facing the charming Trail Creek. Parking options are aplenty – you can either park on the street (except during the winter season) or opt for the cozy underground parking garage, please note the parking garage height clearance is 7'8". For garage parking please locate the parking pass in the unit to display from your vehicle. Don't forget to place the parking pass back in the kitchen upon your departure. Your cozy haven awaits on the bottom floor, tucked away in the lovely northeast corner of the property. Just keep an eye out for the signs leading you straight to unit #603.
