Since we are located in the newer development area (La Veleta neighborhood of Tulum), the last stretch (about 400 meters) of road to our complex is unpaved. You may consider renting a car or scooter to enjoy the few minutes off-road experience to the max. There is free onsite car & bike parking. We're just a 4-minute drive from the main road, where you can discover Mercadito from Mistiq and a charming coffee shop. Additionally, there's a convenience store on-site for your basic grocery needs. Our home provides an ideal setting for monthly or long-term stays, where you can both rest and make the most of your leisure time. Final rate can be adjusted, write us to find out. Beach club access is by pay minimun daily consumption. Electricity is not included on rate, 10 usd per day or leave a deposit of 200 usd towards consumption per month. Monthly rates apply only to complete reservations, if a reservation is shortened the night base rate will apply to the nights occupy. Guest is responsible to cancel, its reservation if this is shortened, as well if leave earlier and block complete period the total period will be charged. If guest bring more people unregistered there is a fee of 10 usd per night per guest, please make sure to register your extra guests and cover that part at check in via Airbnb system.
