Very comfortable memory foam beds. Consisting of one queen bed. We Also have to pull out sofa for extra guest. Guest access You have the entire back studio area of the duplex. We have a shared driveway with tenants in the front house. Each will have its own assigned driveway parking. We must keep the long part of the driveway open so cars can move in and out. Other things to note The house is a duplex so it has a shared wall between the front house and the studio room. We have a shared driveway with the tenants in the back studio house. The front house will have its own shared driveway as well as the back studio room will have its own as well. Please do not block the long part of the driveway so the studio guest can move in and out with their cars.
