Brac Magic - magical oceanfront home with pool

"Brac Magic" truly lives up to its name. Built in 2017, this magical oceanfront home has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6-8, with 2 1/2 baths. It's air conditioned and has all of the amenities, including washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv, wifi, BBQ, rinse station and drying rack for dive gear. Relax in the pool or in a hammock in the shade while listening to the waves crash. It's secluded and peaceful here, away from the populated areas but only a short drive to everything you need. The space If you really want to get away from it all, Brac Magic is the place to be. It is on the Southeast side of Cayman Brac - the wild side - rugged and secluded. All you will hear is the gentle crashing of waves and the palm trees rustling in the breeze. You'll rarely see another person here, yet you're only a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the public beach and dive shops. On one side of the property is the ocean, and opposite, the majestic bluff towers above. As Brac Magic is on the windward side of the island, there are no mosquitoes, so you can sit outside in the evening without worry. The house is situated to take advantage of the cooling ocean breezes, and offers a shady spot to relax at all times of the day. The master bedroom has an incredible ocean view, large ensuite, and king bed with great mattress. The second bedroom also has a cozy king sized bed, along with a twin over full bunk for the kids or for extra guests. The main bath is directly accessible from the second bedroom or from the main living area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and has granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with icemaker and filtered water dispenser. The living room looks out on the ocean and includes a sofabed for extra guests. You will be entertained in the evening with a smart TV so you can access your Netflix account or enjoy our hundreds of DVDs. There are also board games and a library including books of local interest. The wifi has excellent range and works throughout the yard. There are ceiling fans in each room for when you don't need the air conditioning. Outside, you will find covered decks for shade on 3 sides, the solar powered pool, a poolside half bath, lots of loungers, and an outdoor shower. Swim, sun by the pool with a good book, beachcomb, or relax in the hammock under the shade of a large sea grape tree. Barbecue outside and dine on the deck while watching the waves. This is a great place for birdwatching, and the near total darkness at night makes for incredible stargazing from the pool deck or by a bonfire on the beach. There is a rinse station and drying rack for easy maintenance of your dive/snorkel gear. The washer/dryer are placed in the attached garage to keep the house cool and quiet, but are just steps away from the house. There are lots of little extras here including a combination safe, beach towels, inflatable pool loungers, pool and beach toys for the kids, and a cooler you can take to the beach. *Note: 13% Cayman Islands Tourist Accommodation Tax is included in rent Other things to note Our friendly and attentive property manager Jeffery will greet you at the airport and will be on call to resolve any problems you may have.
