Perfect for an extended stay for the traveling professional or small family, this home has all of the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, a dedicated office, a washer and dryer, a sunroom, a fully fenced backyard for your welcomed pet, and even a porch swing. Entrance Coming up the steps to the home, you'll find a spacious front porch with a porch swing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Living Room When you enter the home, a cozy, inviting living room welcomes you with a smart TV for streaming from all of your favorite apps. A pull-out sofa bed with a memory foam mattress will make your overnight guests comfortable. Kitchen A fully stocked kitchen provides for all your cooking needs. A coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, air fryer, blender, and hand mixer are available in addition to the basics; pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Bedroom 1 The front bedroom features a comfy king bed. There are blackout curtains, reading lamps, a dresser, and a closet. Office The second bedroom has been converted into an office with a desk, lamp, waste basket, and shelving. Bedroom 2 The last bedroom features a queen sized bed, dresser, reading lamps, TV, and a closet. The wifi router is located in this room. Bathroom The full bathroom has a tub shower with a rain shower head and a tile surround. Towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mat as well as a hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash are available. Laundry Off of the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Sunroom The sunroom is located through the laundry room and features beautiful natural light looking out into the backyard. A dining table is in this room. Outdoors Outside you'll find a fully fenced backyard, perfect for your doggy. Parking Off-street covered parking is available, as well as on-street parking. Be sure to park in the direction of traffic and off of the curb to avoid traffic violations when parking on the street. Other Please note that a background check and signed lease may be required depending on length of stay. Guest access You will have private access to all areas of the home. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed of any kind inside the home. This includes vaping. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to $200 to cover additional time, products or equipment needed to remove the stains and smells. You may smoke outside with the doors/windows to the home completely closed.
