There are 2 access cards for renters placed near welcome note to access HOA building. Renters above 6 years old, need to purchase weekly pass at $35 per head to use the HOA amenities. Guests do not need to purchase if they don’t want to or purchase only for specific guests who want to use the facilities. There is a shuttle service from the HOA building to Bethany beach and back on Sats, Sundays and major holidays.
