A two-car garage attached, modern features, new appliances, and heating and cooling is on point! 8-10 can sleep here. The upper loft area folds down and will allow for a couple of kids. The master upstairs has a huge bathroom with a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a massive walk-in closet. Play football in the cool, carpeted basement, and have a great dinner with your group in the open floor-plan living room/kitchen. There are 3.5 bathrooms, wonderful touches and we are located in South Jordan in a location that allows for quick access to the entire valley!!!! Guest access You will have access to the whole house, none of the areas are shared. It's a private home for families :) Contactless check-in and check-out with access code. You have your own two-car garage. This house is newly-built, and located in a very peaceful and calm neighborhood. Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
