Welcome to the "Wonders of Alice"! Located in the heart of the beautiful Alsatian region in a village called Niederlauterbach, our accommodation offers an unforgettable experience for your stay. Whether you're looking for tranquility or adventure, our cozy, fully renovated retreat is the perfect place to unwind and explore the wonders of this picturesque region. Our accommodation welcomes you with all the comforts you need to make your stay pleasant. The space The accommodation offers private access to the extension of an existing house, a full-foot disabled access comprising 100m². In addition, the accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate bedrooms each including a TV, a living room with a sofa and views of a heated private pool. In addition, you have access to the garden including a 7x3.5m underground pool completely privatized to guests, garden furniture, outdoor shower, lounge chairs to relax and a barbecue. For longer stays, we have to come to maintain the pool. On the other hand, we are happy to welcome your furry or two furry friends into our Airbnb, as we understand that pets are an integral part of your family. A guide will be available that will contain a presentation of the accommodation, the house rules, the important numbers, the free Wi-Fi access code, the various activities or restaurants nearby. After each visit, we will make every effort to ensure that everything is properly disinfected inside the accommodation taking into account people with allergies. Finally, a balneotherapy and sauna are available inside the accommodation with a TV and sofa, as well as a games area with foosball and darts. Guest access Private access to the extension of the House and the pool Other things to note It's important to note that guests will have completely private access to the extension, garden, and pool. We are talking about an extension because the house is built in two parts. One is occupied by a tenant and the other by the AirBnb, but at no time or places do the two parts intersect. We have installed cameras at the entrances and outdoor parking to secure any unwanted access and which only film the entrances (gate and garage door). Some rules to follow: Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the house. However, you can smoke outside but butts should be disposed of in the bin and not in the garden or terrace. Dogs are not allowed in the pool as the Liner is not suitable. Since the accommodation is in a quiet area, we refuse any party or evening event to respect the neighborhood.
