AJ's House: Beautiful, Cozy, Renovated! 135/nt

Aunt Judy's House (AJ's) is a 19th- century cottage completely renovated in 2015. The views of sunsets, Blue Ridge Mtns and cattle across the fence will encourage you not to leave the porch. But should you decide to wander you will find hiking, history, excellent dining and a multitude of wineries within a 10 to 40 min. drive. Some guests never get off the porch as the stress of everyday life just melts away. The space Open floor plan on the 1st floor provides a LR with 1 twin bed, a flat screen TV, an electric fireplace,and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The 2nd floor hosts a master suite with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom plus a rollaway twin. Outside is a 3-sided very private covered porch. House is equipped with a gas grill, fire pit, private parking and access to the estate inground salt water pool. W/D on property. One bathroom on 2nd floor, must be able to manage stairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and yard in front as well as areas on the farm and the swimming pool. Pool is shared with other guests in adjacent rental but never at the same time. Other things to note Children are welcome and will love the seemingly endless space. Pets are also welcome (house broken, pest free and other pet and people friendly ($50 fee/pet /stay). The inground poo; is private but shared with the 2 rentals, however never at the same time.
