Four bedrooms, tastefully decorated, with plenty of clothes storage are arranged over the split-level ground floor. With a king-size bedroom and a twin-room on each level, this configuration is perfect for hosting two families, a group of friends, or one larger family. All mattresses and bedding are of highest quality, to ensure a good night's sleep. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own exit to the back garden. There is an outside shower and plenty of hanging/drying space for your wet suits, swimming and beach gear. You can store your body boards or surf boards safely on the back terrace. The side gate bolts shut for safety and all entrances have security cameras. The garden has a large terrace area and a grass area, private and enclosed on all sides. The utility room has a large Bosch washing machine and a tumble dryer. Guest access You are welcome to use all of the house. The garage will be locked and you can access the back garden via the side gate or master bedroom. There is off-road parking available for two cars.
