Enter the gate and step back in time. Located on historic property, the carriage house is behind the main house. A private outdoor staircase takes you to a unique and cozy space that sleeps up to four in two comfy queen beds. With eclectic charm the large studio features the best of old and new, lots of exposed granite and wood. We live on the property, but the studio is private. Easy going, we are non-judgmental, and all are welcome. The Carriage House is a 700 square-foot studio space. There is a refrigerator, a microwave and a air fryer but no dishwasher and no stove. It is a very comfortable attractive space with unique features, such as a granite wall and reclaimed wood on several walls. All grounds, there are hammocks in the backyard, two fire pits in cooler, weather, front porch of the main house. We’d love to meet you if you’re interested. We respect your privacy, so we don’t have to interact if you choose not to. We are here if you need us. We are in the heart of the small City of Lithonia, Georgia. There are several good places to eat in town within walking distance, and we are close to restaurants at a nearby regional mall. A grocery store is across the street, and of course, there are food delivery services. Lithonia is a small town next to major amenities. You can get what you need in town by walking, we are a few steps from nature trail associated with a Arabia Mountain, we are on the bus line if you’re interested in that and of course you can drive. There is on site parking.
